Alpha and Omega Medical Transportation was founded on a simple conviction: getting to a doctor's appointment should never be a barrier to care. We are headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, with foreign entity registration in Ohio β grounded in faith, integrity, and community service. Active operations are launching in Jefferson County and Greater Kentucky, with Ohio expansion planned as a future phase.
We are an active Kentucky supplier partner with Molina Healthcare and Norton Healthcare, and are pursuing full Medicaid credentialing in Kentucky. We also operate AOMT Shuttle Service β premium event and group transportation across Louisville, including the Kentucky Derby, Thunder Over Louisville, Bourbon & Beyond, and weddings. With foreign entity registration already in place in Ohio, we are positioned to expand operations across the Ohio River once Kentucky is at scale.
